Custom, Made-to-Order Items

Our team here at Giddy Art take pride in the work that we do, and we want to contiune serving customers for years to come. Because of this, all of our items are made-to-order specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. Only certain exceptions apply. Please see below for more information.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, never arrived or if you received the wrong item or wrong size. Please contact us immediately at GiddyArtAdmin@gmail.com with your Order number and picture proofs and we will make this right for you as quickly as we can with a replacement, or a full refund.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Proof: Photos of the damage(s) or incorrect item(s) are required.

Resolution: Once email has been received we will investigate this issue further. Once approved we will provide a replacement of the exact same item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or inclement weather, which are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following domestic options within the continental United States:

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally at this moment but please check back later as this might be a feature that we add.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please save damaged goods and provide us proof(s) of the damage or missing orders. Notice of damage must be provided within 7 days of delivery. Contact our Customer Support Team immediately at GiddyArtAdmin@gmail.com so we can file a claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund.
